chat and Content

We store your chat messages (including both your inputs and AI responses), file attachments you upload, and artifacts generated during chat.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including the AI models you select, credit consumption per message, and subscription events. We may collect your IP address, browser type, and interaction patterns for analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service: Process your messages through AI providers, store chat, manage your account, and handle payments.
  • Usage Enforcement: Track credit consumption to enforce free and paid tier limits.

  • Security: Detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain the integrity of the Service.

3. Information Shared with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:

AI Providers

When you send a message, it is routed through Vercel AI gateway with Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policies. Prompts, outputs, and attachments are not retained by the gateway or the model providers, are immediately deleted once the request is complete, and are never used to train AI models.

Payment Provider

Subscription and billing information is processed by our third-party payment partner. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Analytics

We use a third-party analytics provider to analyze how users interact with our Service. This provider may receive usage events, IP addresses, and browser information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies for:

  • Session management: Authentication cookies to keep you signed in.
  • Preferences: A cookie to remember your selected AI models.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Our analytics provider may set analytics cookies to distinguish unique visitors.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and chat for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual chat, shared links, and file attachments at any time. If your account is deleted, all associated data (chats, preferences, shared chats, artifacts, and sessions) is permanently removed from our database.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via OAuth, and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

8. Shared chats

When you create a shared link, the chat content becomes accessible via a unique URL. You control whether the link is public (accessible to anyone) or private (accessible only to you). You can also choose whether to include file attachments and whether the shared link auto-updates with new messages. You can revoke a shared link at any time, which removes the shared record from our systems.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
