1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Milo Chat ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Milo Chat is an AI chat platform that provides access to multiple third-party language models through a unified interface. The Service includes features such as chat management, file attachments, web search, artifact generation, and chat sharing.

3. Accounts

You must create an account using Google or GitHub authentication to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Milo Chat offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Paid subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment partner. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the payment partner's refund policy.

5. Usage Limits

Both free and paid tiers are subject to usage limits measured in credits. Credits are consumed based on the AI model used and the volume of output generated. We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations, pricing, and rate limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Service to third parties without authorization.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended interfaces.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including messages, file attachments, and custom instructions ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service.

When you share a chat via a public link, the shared content becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for ensuring that shared content does not include sensitive or confidential information.

8. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by AI models through the Service are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any AI-generated content. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

9. Third-Party Services

Milo Chat integrates with third-party AI providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Milo Chat and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milo Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milo Chat from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
